Everyone who participates in the WVU Basin Studies Group is held to the standards outlined in this Code of Conduct; this is a living document that will be reviewed an updated according to the needs and perspectives of research participants.

All WVU personnel (including student, staff, and faculty) who work in laboratories, prep rooms, or shops that produce hazardous wastes must complete the EHS RCRA Lab Safety Training prior to being granted access to those facilities.

Report A Concern
If you experience or observe or suspect any kind of misconduct, you have many options to bring attention to the matter:

if you have witnessed or have knowledge of what you think may be a violation of the Campus Student Code, submit a public incident report to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities (not anonymous)
