Place-based EGeoS learning modules empower students to assess climate change challenges and devise solutions within the context of the Appalachian environment. These inquiry-based learning modules are designed using pedagogy that centers inquisitiveness, choice, and self-direction. They also align with high school science standards in earth science and other science courses.
